These buttery soft caramels are sinfully delish! Finished with Maldon Sea Salt, they are cut by hand and individually wrapped in waxed paper. Because everything is cut by hand, they can vary somewhat in size and thus are sold by weight. They are cut large (approx 1 inch squares). A one pound bag contains approximately 30-32 caramels.
