Hi, my name is Paige and pictured with me is Patina Pearl who is the real star of the show here but more about her in a minute. I have been baking for as long as I can remember and although I love to cook some savory dishes, sweets have always been my passion. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am rarely sedentary, it's just not my nature. I am a maker and a baker and I love to always be doing something. Some say the devil is in the details but I disagree. The details are what makes a dish standout above the rest. Details make the difference between an "okay" dessert and a spectacular "I must have a bite of that" dessert. Details are important in how a dessert is boxed, wrapped, or presented to someone. And most importantly, details are what makes happy customers! Everything I bake is small batch, made to order using fresh, locally sourced ingredients when possible. I am a firm believer in supporting other local small businesses that provide the supply items and ingredients that I utilize everyday.

Patina Pearl is a 1969 VW Westfalia. She was a birthday gift from my sweet daddy a couple of years ago. Since that time, my family has spent many weekends camping and seeking adventure. It was only fitting that she would play a leading role in taking our bakery business to the streets. She is pretty low maintenance and has a very laid back personality. She has vintage style and doesn't like a lot of flash and bling. She loves when customers ask about her and she especially loves showing up in pictures.
